Exciting times are ahead for ReDefine: we are thrilled to announce that we’re opening a new ReDefine location in Pune, India.
The new studio will be our fifth site in India, working in close creative collaboration with our existing international studios in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, London and Sofia, and our existing India offices in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Kolkata.
Veteran VFX artist Anirban Das will spearhead the new office as ReDefine’s Head of VFX in Pune. Anirban joins us with over a decade’s experience in the industry and has previously led as Head of VFX Operations with Anibrain on a number of VFX projects.
Rohan Desai, Managing Director, said: “Our new studio in Pune is another great addition to the ReDefine global network. Pune offers an extraordinary pool of artists and technicians that have the potential to contribute to our ever-expanding project slates across VFX and Animation, I’m positive that our new studio will make an immediate and impactful contribution to our international work. Pune has proven to be an upcoming market for production as the industry’s demand for high-quality VFX and animation has been rising exponentially. We have already hired some key team members who will lead our new Pune studio, working closely alongside ReDefine’s rapidly growing teams in Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata and Hyderabad.”
