We are delighted to welcome a new HOD to ReDefine – Matt Sandoval who joins us as Global Head of Environment in Montreal.
Matt joins us from DNEG where he was also HOD of Environment. Now as our new Global Head of Environment at ReDefine, Matt will connect and unify our environment teams across all sites while simultaneously creating a global standard that strengthens our artists. He will also be responsible for guiding our teams, and introducing new technology and approaches that specifically focus on agility without sacrificing quality.
Passionate about helping create worlds, Matt has spent more than a decade building his suite of skills in the VFX industry, working at studios such as Method Studios, Weta FX, MPC, Cinesite and Scanline VFX. He has honed his expertise and leadership skills throughout the years, specialising in environments and general approaches.
